I called because I had lost a facial filling. I was in no pain or discomfort. I got an appointment within 3-4 days. When I arrived, as usual, a friendly, calm, clean and painless appointment. The staff & dentists here are the best that I have ever came across! If I ever leave San Diego (military) I will be so apprehensive in finding a new practice! This place these people have set the standard and its set very high, good old fashioned customer service, stellar care! My 7 year old daughter who used to be afraid of going to the dentist (we started with black mountain but moved to another "brandname franchise" due to convience of location) I decided to bring her back to black mountain and they made her feel so welcomed she didn't need me to accompany her to the chair! she can't wait for her next visit to talk to Chantel about becoming a princess (their previous convo. was about the royal wedding) and she has a load of questions for her dentist Dr. Hammel. He and the assitant educated her on the importance of flossing, even showed her a video on how to floss now she is on top of everyone in this house about flossing. Black Mountain is bar far in my eyes, the best dentist in San Diego.

Dr Schlesinger- I am extremely happy with my treatment results. At first, I had reservation about the new bridge. After the treatment I wondered if it was correct. Later on, when you filled the other side tooth with composite material, and that is when I noticed the niceness of the bridge and its shade (actually the entire mouth). I am so glad to have a dentist who pays attention to small details. That makes a big difference. Again, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and your entire friendly staff.
